Blue Dot Magazine owns and operates the website located at www.bluedotmagazine.com (the “Site”). Through the Site, we provide a community newspaper and offer an online service (the “Service”) that allows users to post comments on the new stories published in the community newspaper. By browsing the public areas of the Site or by accessing and using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use.
